Is there a way to speed up the streaming so that I can view the cam closer to real time on my Android?

I'm having a major issue with this download. It is not allowing me to 'register' and without 'registering', the software does not work. I continue to receive the error message: "'Unable to connect to the Internet, session has timed out". Could you, please, advise as I have yet to find any support forum on the My Webcam Broadcaster software. My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

The only problem I have with this software that it doesn't know the web address to use to view the cam over the Internet.

It doesn't recognise my phone at all (a T700). Says it's not connected. I'm going back to the old suite. It's got it's problems but at least it works.
